I'm Jason.
For years, I lived a performance-based identity, where receiving the next promotion, bonus, or word of praise from a senior exec was how I measured my self-worth. It made me miserable. And when I did receive any of the above I never felt fulfilled, I just moved on to the next target. As a result, I suffered through depression and burnout. I never felt successful. I mostly felt resentment and shame.
After doing some important ‘inside’ work, my view on success and how to get there has completely changed. Living the life you want, both professionally and personally, starts with understanding your values. When we lead with our values we focus on what’s important, making decisions that empower and enable our teams to achieve their best. High performance becomes the output of our value-based identity, versus a label we give ourselves or a target we chase.
I believe creating value-based cultures is how teams unlock their true potential and deliver oversized outcomes.
My goal is to help leaders create value-based organizations where their teams can thrive and their customers will benefit. A clearly defined purpose flows through an organization, from the CEO to the customer, driving employee engagement, customer satisfaction and stronger financial results.
I help achieve this by supporting companies, groups and individuals with bespoke coaching and consulting services focused on defining their values and unlocking their potential.
